Discount Tire

Bought a new truck a few months back, and one of the tires recently developed a slow leak. I called the dealership, but they couldn’t get me in for a week. Instead, I scheduled an appointment online with Discount Tire for the very next day. I went in expecting a simple leak repair and walked out with the tire fixed, two wheels rebalanced, and a full rotation — all free of charge. Excellent place with an even better staff.

I have been a loyal customer of Discount Tires for the past 10 years because service has always been great. This store keeps me a loyal customer with great, efficient service. I made an appointment, showed up a little early to pick out a new set of tires, and was out the door, even after a free alignment check, in about an hour. The price was reasonable for some higher end Michelin tires and the in store price matched the web price. I will be back for my next set.

Had a nail in the tire and pulled into discount tire (where I purchased my tires a year ago). Tyler was quick to greet me and give me exemplary customer service. He was completely understanding and went the extra mile in all he did for us. He opened the door and held it for my wife and I as he went to inspect the vehicle. He scanned the tires and was thorough in his explanation of everything he was doing and the entire process. He again held the door and was very kind as he spoke so professionally. He then looked up our tire account history and got the vehicle right in. He kindly explained that if they can’t repair it, the tire would be replaced. Throughout the entire interaction, Tyler was exemplary with his kindness and professionalism! That goes a long way in my book these days. He deserves a big kudos from his management if they read this. Based on my interactions with Tyler at this discount tire, I would recommend this shop for tire repair and or service. Great experience!

The managers Taylor and Mike are amazing and personable. If you guys want to see a hardworking management team that supports and assists their team these guys are it. They told me about their tire warranty and it’s 100% the best in the business. I will only go to discount tire going forward and prioritize this location. Also shoutout Ethan at the front desk. Not to mention all discount tire locations do free tire patches unlike other tire shops that charge $15-$30 a tire.

Love this shop! Taylor and his crew took really good care of us! Even helped me unhitch my trailer first! Taylor was very professional and helpful! I thought he was the main manager! They even stayed late to make sure the tire I was having issues with was properly balanced. Well I’m definitely coming back to this location when I need help! Thank you!!!
